To prevent circuit shutdown, In Phase’s new digital amplifier circuit utilises an improved circuit design which senses its internal temperature and automatically moderates input level accordingly. Its stable, durable circuitry lessens the risk of high input power for the unit to achieve 1 ohm connection on the Monoblock IPA Amp and 2 ohms for the 4 channel IPA Amps. This design enhances the flexibility and allows for connection of multiple subwoofers to a system. The IPA8701D’s variable low pass filter makes for extra flexibility. Its variable LPF makes audio frequency more adjustable according to subwoofer characteristics and personal listening preferences, giving you full control over your sound. The LPF is adjustable from 30 Hz to 250 Hz.
