In Phase IPA8704D 4 Channel Amp
Introducing the In Phase IPA8704D 4 Channel Amp. Audio serenity would not be possible without state-of-the-art technology. The new In Phase IPA range of amplifiers provides some of the best car amplifiers available today.
With One and Two OHM stable designs, clever protection circuits and trimode capability, these hand-built powerhouses will take anything you throw at them. Massive heat sinks with a high surface area to volume ratios and cast end caps to hide the wiring connections and keep things controlled – helped by forced air cooling on the real bass monsters. The newly-designed IPA8704D is designed for performance, in a performance build. So there is no speaker level input, these are designed to fit with an aftermarket headunit. But you do not need to panic, you can use a line out converter to fit this amplifier to your factory system. For fitting the IPA series amp to a factory system, we would advise that you use the In Phase SRCAPro or, for higher performance, the In Phase SRC6.
All In Phase amps have been designed in the UK, utilising more than 30 years of audio experience to create the best sound possible. To prevent circuit shutdown, In Phase’s new digital amplifier circuit will sense its internal temperature and automatically moderate its input level accordingly. Stable, durable and more robust circuitry minimises the risk of high input power for the unit to achieve 1 ohm connection on the Monoblock IPA Amp and 2 ohms.
Features:
- STEALTH DESIGN WITH AN EDGE – A slim enclosure and the blackout design of the amplifier allows the unit to be camouflaged into your boot, whilst the intimidating LED blue lights will give your system that evil look.
- IMPROVED CIRCUIT DESIGN – In Phase’s new digital amplifier circuit, senses its internal temperature and automatically moderates input level accordingly to prevent circuit shutdown. Stable, durable circuitry lessens the risk of high input power for the unit to achieve 2 ohm connection. This design enhances the flexibility to connect multiple subwoofers to a system.
- VARIABLE LOW PASS FILTER – For extra flexibility a variable LPF makes audio frequency more adjustable according to subwoofer characteristics and personal listening preferences. The LPF is adjustable from 30 Hz to 250 Hz.
- EASY FITTING AT HOME – The IPA series amps are not massive slabs of metal and plastic so their compact design ensures simple DIY fitting.
