- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or for specialized caravan and motorhome accessories.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Car Cleaning & Car Care Accessories (opened products)
- Breakdown & Emergency Kits (opened packages)
- Car Valet Kits (if any components have been used)
- Personalized or Custom-Ordered Items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
